Tosche Coffee-Stevens holds an MA.Ed. from the University of Phoenix and a BSM from Indiana Wesleyan University. She taught second and third grade and is now an Intervention Specialist. Tosche has three children. She enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, taking trips, and reading. She has been a board member since 2016.

Tracy Mottice holds a BA in Elementary and Physical Education from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and a Masters in Teacher Leadership from Silver Lake College. She runs Legacies Repurposed, a business that helps with house cleanouts, and is a substitute teacher in Mentor, Ohio schools. Tracy is married to Jeff and has three children. She enjoys crafting, reading, organizing, and participating in outdoor and water activities. She has been a board member since 2021.

David Babuder holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University and an MS in Automated and Autonomous Systems from Case Western Reserve University. He also has a Bible diploma from Baptist Bible Institute of Cleveland and was certified as a Project Management Professional. A retired engineer from Rockwell Automation, David now works on Hannah’s Home maintenance. David is married to Mary. He enjoys working with their church youth group, teaching a College and Career class at church, and converting a van into a “glamper”. He has been a board member since 2010.

Sarah Ashmore holds an AA in Accounting from Lakeland Community College and is a licensed QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She works part-time as a bookkeeper for a local accountant. Sarah is married to Dan and has three children. She enjoys reading, hiking, watching Nebraska football and volleyball, and taking the dogs for walks with her family. She has been a board member since 2021.

Tabitha Hiltner holds a BSM in Social Work and Speech Communication from East Tennessee State University and an MA in Children’s and Family Ministry from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. She is married to David and has three children. Tabitha enjoys painting, taking art classes, hiking, being outside, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends. She has been a board member since 2022.

Frank Fogl holds a BA in Social Science from Penn State, a JD from Duquesne University of Law, and an MDiv from Liberty University. He works as a staff attorney for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Frank is married to Sue and has three children. His hobbies include Bible study, watching and playing sports, hiking, kayaking, reading, writing, teaching, making puzzles, playing games, and watching movies. He has been a board member since 2023.

Jill is married to Ken and has four children. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She has been a board member since 2023.

Pastor Greg Buchanan holds a BA in Youth Ministry and an MA in Bible from Bob Jones University. He is currently completing an MDiv from Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary, having done significant coursework toward this degree at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Greg serves as an assistant pastor at Tri-County Bible Church in Madison, OH. He is married to Becca, and they have three children. Pastor Greg enjoys playing sports, spending time outdoors, writing, reading, and connecting with people. His favorite foods include trail mix, ice cream, fruit salad, and pizza, and he loves making people laugh. Pastor Greg has been a member of the SAC since 2019.

Pastor Mike Kostelnic holds a BA from Liberty University and serves as a pastor at The Grove Church in Painesville, OH. Alongside his pastoral work, he is also a professional financial planner. Pastor Mike is married to Jessica, and they have four children. He enjoys playing golf with his kids in his free time. Pastor Mike has been a member of the SAC since 2022.

Pastor David Erlandson holds a BM in Church Music from Cedarville University, an MM in Music Composition from Cleveland State University, and a DEdMin in Church Music from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the Pastor of Worship at Trinity Church in Mentor, OH. David is married to Sarah, and they have two children. Pastor David enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, and kayaking and is a life-long Chicago Cubs fan. He is also a songwriter and composer and performs with the Blossom Festival Chorus. Pastor David has been a member of the SAC since 2024.

Pastor Jeff Pierce holds a BA in Pastoral Ministries and International Ministries from Moody Bible Institute and is currently pursuing an MA in Biblical Counseling through Westminster Theological Seminary. He is the pastor at Leroy Community Chapel in Leroy, Ohio. Pastor Jeff is married to Angie, and they have three children. In his free time, he enjoys building and home projects, woodworking, and watching professional sports. Pastor Jeff is also a dedicated fan of F1 racing and the Green Bay Packers. He served as a member of the SAC from 2013 to 2019 and rejoined in 2022.

Vicki Krnac holds a Masters Degree in Education from Southern Methodist University, specializing in Academic Language Therapy. She worked in education, focusing on teaching children with dyslexia for nearly 20 years before becoming the Executive Director of Hannah’s Home. She has three children. Vicki enjoys jogging, reading, baking, and gardening. She has been the Executive Director since 2016.

Kylie Krnac is a Licensed Social Worker with a BA in Social Work from Ursuline College and both an MS in Social Administration and an MA in Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University. She enjoys playing and coaching volleyball and serving her church youth group. Kylie has been a staff member since October 2019.

Jessica Summerfield graduated from Mentor High School. She is married to Brian and has one daughter and one son. Jessica enjoys working on puzzles and spending time at the beach. She has been a staff member since June 2024.

Shelly Dedmon earned a BA in Humanities/Fine Arts from Stephens College and a JD from the University of Iowa. She enjoys reading British mysteries, writing poetry, and studying the Bible. Shelly has been a staff member since 2013.

Charisse Patchin earned a BA in Elementary Education, PreK–8th grade. She is married to Daniel and has one son and one daughter. Charisse enjoys reading, walking, bike riding, music, Bible study, campfires, and playing with her dog. She has been a staff member since October 2017.

Kathy Hill is licensed with the Wisconsin State Board for Cosmetology Operators and Managers and holds a certificate in “Safeguarding God’s Children” from the Episcopal Dioceses. She is married to Gary and has one son, one daughter, and three granddaughters. Kathy enjoys watercolor painting and gardening. She has been a staff member since April 2024.

Marcina Sims earned a BA in Justice Studies from Kent State University and an MBA from Tiffin University. She is certified as a Grief Recovery Specialist and holds a certification in Biblical Counseling from the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation. Marcina has one son and enjoys spending time with friends, pilates, zumba, reading, walking outdoors, relaxing, and getting facials. She has been a staff member since October 2019.

Marissa Allen holds an MEd in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University and a BA in Psychology from Kent State University (KSU). She also has certifications in Non-Profit/Human Service Management (KSU), Experiential Learning (KSU), and is a Certified Peer Recovery Supporter. Marissa has two daughters and enjoys art and ceramics. She has been a staff member since November 2023.
