Hannah’s Home HOPE Program

Support For Our Non-residents

At Hannah’s Home, we believe that every mom and baby deserves support, no matter where they are. That’s why we’ve developed the Hannah’s Home HOPE Program—a comprehensive outreach designed to provide care and resources to mothers who are not living at our maternity home. With this program, we can help more moms and babies, extending our love, care, and guidance beyond our physical walls.

The HOPE Program focuses on developing and strengthening four key areas of well-being—mental, physical, social-emotional, and spiritual health. Our goal is to empower mothers with the tools they need to make healthy and wise life decisions for themselves and their children.

What We Offer:

  • Pregnancy and Parenting Classes – These virtual classes are offered weekly and cover topics like childbirth, fertility, and creating a stable home. Moms can earn items for their babies as they complete the courses.
  • Life Skills Classes – Designed to help moms build important life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and job readiness, these classes are primarily virtual with occasional in-person opportunities. Items for apartments can be earned through participation.
  • Case Management & Counseling – Each mom in the HOPE Program receives personalized case management and counseling twice a month. Topics include decision-making skills, building healthy relationships, anger management, and more.
  • Bible Study – Through bible study, moms can grow spiritually and develop a deeper understanding of their faith while building a positive support network.
  • Food and Clothing – Moms receive food, clothing and other items they may need during their monthly on-site visits.
  • Daycare Services – Participants in the program are eligible for daycare, giving them peace of mind as they work towards their goals.
  • Accountability and Emotional Support – Regular check-ins ensure moms are receiving proper prenatal care and emotional support during their journey. A quarterly home visit is also a mandatory part of the program to help moms stay on track.

Is a residential program not a good fit for you?

The HOPE Program is designed for all moms seeking guidance and assistance during challenging times. Having a community of support can make all the difference. Through the HOPE Program, moms gain access not only to valuable services but also to a network of people who care deeply about their success. Whether you’re learning how to better care for your baby, manage your finances, or build healthier relationships, the HOPE Program equips you with the skills and support you need to thrive.
