For Young Women

Are you pregnant? In need of a caring place to live? Willing to work to have a better future? We are here to help.

Hannah's Home is for young pregnant women (through age 25) who are seeking a workable plan. While living in a secure home, you will have the opportunity to learn and make good choices. The house advisors will become your trusted friends and will encourage you along the way. Wherever you are in schooling you will have a personalized educational program through ECOT, or by taking the GED, or other optional classes. We will offer you information for wise decision making for you and your child. During your stay you can complete our program, which will teach you the basics about having a baby, being a parent, or placing your child for adoption. The program also gives you information about boundaries in dating, and you will be spending time with the social worker and counselor.

You will go to doctor's appointments, get a part-time job if possible, and participate in sewing and cooking classes as well as regular excercise. Occasionally you will get to go to the theatre or the movies. Most importantly, you will be a part of regular devotions and Bible studies as well as attending church on Sundays. Here at Hannah's Home, we believe that Jesus Christ is the answer to any fear, uncertainty, or anger you may have.

This is a time to come away from your regular routine and take stock of your options with friendly loving people. You will have the opportunity to set reasonable goals. Information available to you will make it possible for you to become a responsible and independent young woman. If you think this might be just what you are looking for, click here.

The generous donations of our supporters enable us to provide free services to single, young pregnant women. To arrange for a visit and application information call our office (440-209-9615) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
